Wondering about an actor playing a Nazi in the Blues Brothers, and Raiders Of The Lost Ark. IMDb lists two different actors, but,, they could be twins, if not the same guy. Any thoughts or verifications?

Not likely.
If the birth date is accurate, he would've been around 24 when "Cimarron Strip" was filmed and aired in 1967.
