Im trying to correct an error in your database, there are multiple productions that lack the Executive Producer titles and ownership information that Richard M Greenberg and his brother financed.

They are old titles but very successfull.

The titles are First Blood (the original “Rambo”), Terminator, Excalibur, Easy Money, Platoon, Lone Wolf McQuade, King Solomon’s Mines, and Return of the Living Dead, Hoosiers, Salvador, At Close Range, Strange Invaders, Nightmare on Elm Street, Yellowbeard, A Breed Apart, The Howling II, Special Effects, Perfect Strangers, Fool for Love.

If you look on the Terminator poster for example, they it clearly states that its a Greenberg Brothers Partnership production.

I have provided details on this to the IMDB team but they continusly just decline it. I even did uncredited.

To me its strange that your team dose so little to try and correct an error when information is provided from such fantastic historical productions.

HI Magnus, thanks for reaching out here as well regarding this, however the information we provided you via email is still relevant (i.e. uncredited executive producer roles). Please continue to reach out to us there with any question.s

Let me try and understand your reply in the email and let's take Terminator as an example, there are multiple issues on the other productions as well.

You agree that his company is correctly credited, that he also acted as an executive in, this you also agreed to. But you disagree to add him as executive producer a statement that is in line to what the original owners statement.

It just don't make sense.

What proof do you require to correct this? Documents from the courts is apparently not enough for you. If you don't trust the courts then who do you trust?

Further more His companies are not correctly credited as you state in the email.
Several productions he financed and created outside of his companies, you have not credited him for these.

Here is details on First Blood, you clearly see even in the description that Mr. Richard M Greenberg is the creator of the private placement memorandum that financed First Blood.

Hi Magnus, again, please refer to this line in our help guide on producer credits: "A note on "uncredited": For films that credit producers on the screen, we will not accept uncredited producers. Exceptions are made for older titles that do not necessarily list all producers in the credits." Please note that when we reference older titles we mean extremely old films that had differing crediting guidelines. As we've stated before, we understand that his company financed films and it is correctly credited, however he as an individual is not credited onscreen for these titles and is not eligible for listing separately from his company.

What are the age requirement then, you are not specific in your statement. Is an 35 year old title old enough?

You are also failing to answer my other questions

Magnus, 1985 is not "Old"
They are referring to the mid 1960s and older.

Maybe, but it can't be found in the guide Elizabeth referred to. It would help if it was added to said guide.
