I recently tried to submit the title JBTV to the database. Since users cannot submit titles that are in all capital letters, I had to submit it as this: JBtv [Title Should Be in All Caps] (1984).  Indeed, that is exactly what the title shows up as:

Administrators, I ask that you please fix this. The title should be JBTV, in all caps, with nothing else.

Usually you need to do what you need to do to get it accepted, then submit a "Miscellaneous Correction" explaining that it's an acronym and there is a valid reason for all caps. "Miscellaneous" is near the bottom of the form. You'll have to also submit a title correction to edit out the comment you added to the title.

Edit to add: I submitted to remove bracketed comment from title. Brackets and contents are now removed.

Staff: can you forward request to change title to all caps? (Flagged for staff attention)

Admins have removed the "[Title Should Be in All Caps]" from the title, but it's still not in all caps.  It's now listed as "JBtv", with the "tv" in lowercase.

Admins, please change the title to "JBTV", in all capital letters.
