Request for Cancellation and Refund

Hi there, Happy New Year,

I cancelled my membership last year, but was alerted in November that I would receive one month of membership free. I did speak to someone, or rather, I emailed IMDBPRO and had some correspondence about the free month and I was very specific that I did not wish to renew after the month was over. I am unsure why in January, I was billed for an annual membership. I needed surgery in December and returned in January. I might have realized I was billed sooner but I was still in pretty bad shape. Also, the credit card charged was not mine but my Mother's. And she absolutely did not authorize this. Again, I am not sure what happened, but I have not even used IMDBPro this past year. Please help me. I go back to the hospital for another surgery in the next week and would very much appreciate this being handled before I do. Finances are very stressful right now. I never intended to renew for the year, I thought it was just 1 month free. I'd love to come back to the service, but I can't afford to right now, and I am unable to walk or stand, so my need for the profile at this time, is not needed. PLEASE HELP. I know you have a policy of not-refunding but these are mitigating circumstances. Thank you for your consideration!
