I did work for the company that edited & put credits on these shows. It was called Complete Post, Inc. and they were a popular company with a lot of networks and handled many famous shows (Friends for example). They are no longer in business, as many of those types of companies lost work after digital became the norm. I worked in Scheduling and only joined the graphics department for a year at the end of my time there. With all Playboy Videos, the credits are mostly fabricated names, with the exception of the Executive producers and a few others. It seems someone put my name in the credits maliciously (possibly when I was out on maternity leave), and it possibly reappeared when Playboy did a Special - like the video calendar. There were several people that worked in graphics department, including freelancers. Probably someone cut and pasted it. I left that company to work at Modern Video Film in 1994, and in early 1995 started at Fox Sports. I have managed to locate the person who was the Graphics Supervisor at that time and was a long-time employee at Complete. She is able to verify that I did NOT work on Playboy Videos in any capacity. I trust you will have some compassion in this somewhat sensitive matter. And for the record, I'm pretty sure there are no other Sally Solomitas in California. Thank you so much.
This appears to be IMDb's filmography name page for you:
Following up with what Nikolay Yeriomin wrote: IMDb uses the on screen credits as their primary source for their data. If you can provide IMDb staff with screen credits for the videos shown, you can demonstrate you are not credited. Unfortunately, if you do receive on screen credit in these videos (even if the credits are inaccurate) IMDb will not remove the credits on their filmography for you.
If there is a limited number of screen captures, you can post them in this thread. Otherwise, you can use a file sharing application, such as drop box, and share link here.

So it appears that what you are saying is that my name appears in the credits and that is your proof that I worked on them. Credits are created by a Chyron operator, they are not a legal document.
The whole point is that I DID NOT on those shows regardless of my name appearing in the credits.
I can provide a signed and witnessed letter from the Graphics Head backing up what I said in my last email.
Would you please remove my account from your database. Thank you.
Thanks for your post.
As mentioned by the Nikolay and Dan, it's our policy not to remove factual information from the website.
However, I've spent some time investigating the credit and have been unable to see your name listed in teh credits - as a result, I've removed the name page. Please allow up to 24 hours for this to reflect on all platforms.
Have a nice day.
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any IMDb Service, or any products or services sold or distributed by IMDb or through the IMDb Services will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.
a. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the terms of these Conditions of Use as a court would.
b. To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to our registered agent Corporation Service Company, 300 Deschutes Way SW, Suite 304, Tumwater, WA 98051. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, including the AAA’s Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes. The AAA’s rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA’s rules. We will reimburse those fees for claims totaling less than $10,000 unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous. Likewise, IMDb will not seek attorneys’ fees and costs in arbitration unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous. You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, based on written submissions, or in person in the county where you live or at another mutually agreed location.
