Reason for rejection of contribution?

I submitted what I thought were properly formatted additions for an actress to a web series.  The entire cast and crew is listed except for the conspicuous absence of a credited lead actress.  I went ahead and added her credits to each episode in which she appeared and/or was credited at the beginning of August 2016 and now, over 2 months later, there has been no change to either her page or the episodes.

What gives?

Hi Chuckmunson -

I reviewed the cast credit submissions you referenced and didn't observe any formatting errors, therefore, if the episode credits were not accepted it means that our editors were probably unable to verify them and need further information/additional evidence.

If you have a screen grab to evidence to help verify the episode credits, please post it here so our staff can take a look.

Thanks!  I wonder how totally complete credits for these episodes except for Milana Vayntrub were submitted in the first place and why my submissions were not rejected or implemented...
