Rating Tweaking - Closer to the Moon

According to the current vote structure, all the 1000 top voters and all the US users have voted 1 to this movie. This is statistically impossible and I believe this is evidence of orchestrated controlled rating. I believe these voting practices should be filtered better when the average rating is displayed. Millions of users worldwide rely on iMDb ratings when assessing a movie and while the practice itself can not be controlled, how the data is being used is under iMDb's control.
I have seen this movie and find it hard to believe that the ratings are a reflection of actual user sentiment.

Please advise on how I can address this.

We take all the individual votes cast by IMDb registered users and use
them to calculate a single rating. We don't use the arithmetic mean of
the votes (although we do display the mean and average votes on the
votes breakdown) -- the rating displayed on a film's page is a weighted average. To display the detailed votes breakdown, click on the 'More' link located below the existing user rating.
