Would be nice to have a rating graph to see how a TV shows imdb rating has changed over time.

Not only TV shows but movies as well. Yes, it would be very fun to see rating history and even IMDb top 250 history/peak positions on the detailed rating page.

It would be nice to have these kind of graphs available. This presupposes that IMDb has at least recorded the date of each vote so they could reconstruct the ratings history.

Although this is not hosted on IMDb, there are at least three web sites that record and display the ratings history of the IMDb Top 250:

IMDb Top250.Informer
Titles of the IMDb Top 250
All titles of the IMDb Top 250 since September 1997

So not only would I like to see what you guys are talking about, but I think it would be really cool to see how  individual ratings change over time...As a person ages, are they starting to rate genres differently...A possible example, when someone is 17, they are rating slap stick movies a lot and very high...than as they age, they are rating more dramas and period pieces and giving these movies high ratings...

I created a small page to visualise exactly this. It doesn't capture all historical rating data exhaustively (since that data is not in public domain). You can check it here: https://yathish1618.github.io/imdb-rating-history-graph/

How and from where exactly, are you getting this data?

Basically I'm pulling data from archives of the IMDb pages at Waybackmachine.org. You can go through the read me if you're interested in the technicalities.
