Quick question regarding movie connections 'features' tag

I've ran into an issue where I'm not sure how to categorise some connections, whether as 'features' or 'references'. I know the help page for movie connections says "extracts from a previous movie are featured (not just stills or sounds)" for the 'features' tag. I've been assuming up to now that means complete clips, i.e. both video seen and audio heard. But then I've noticed for 'featured in' it mentions "or the audio from a program is heard on a TV" which seems to indicate that 'features' can still be used if only the audio is heard. So can 'features' still be used if the reverse is true? That video is seen, but no audio heard? I've been submitting a few episodes of a web series which reviews films and the reviewer doesn't appear on-camera, he just talks over soundless random video clips from the film. So would this still count as 'features', or is just 'references'?

I would say you could add both for these examples. It features the clips of a separate program but it also references said program if he references the clips that are being shown.
