Intro:

On February the 9th 2020, the Oscar award ceremony takes place in
Hollywood for the 92nd time. This time the poll board users present
their personal wishs for Oscar nominations for best picture. Each user
picked three movies he or she wants to be nominated in 2020 for the Academy's best picture award. Which user's list reflects your own wishes the most? These wishes are based on personal preference and do not base on facts of the Academy for motion pictures. Tell me your cadidates here.

Rules:

No movie from another Oscar season. It should be somehow realistic picks, rest is yours. Only 3 picks per user, please. You can pick movies you haven't seen yet, but should have seen until end of January. I do that myself. Untill the end of January all possibilities may happen. I hope I have seen 'The Irishmen' until then.

List:

"do not necessarily base on facts of the Academy for motion pictures."
1. It's the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (also referring to the proper capitalization).
2. The facts? What facts? They haven't been established yet. Do you mean not having to stick to movies that qualify to the best picture eligibility rules?

3."It should be somehow realistic picks, rest is yours." Than why have a wish list? Assuming you are the final arbiter of the list... but this kind of takes the fun out of it.
4. "No movie from another Oscar season." Please remind people in terms of what this means (literal date range wise). Don't assume people know. Be specific that the movies eligible revolve around US theatrical release dates.

My votes... (though I'm not a fan of predicting movies that I haven't seen, let alone not yet theatrically released).
1. Parasite (2019) (seen).
2.Marriage Story (2019) (unseen)
3. Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood (2019) (seen)

Since we're restricted to 3 movies... I want to at least place out there to the universe love and attention to the following Best Picture hopefuls that maybe will inspire others to see them/possibly add them to their list of 3:
Seen:
Booksmart (2019)
The Farewell (I) (2019)
The Last Black Man in San Francisco (2019)
Pain & Glory (2019)
The Peanut Butter Falcon (2019)

Unseen:
Ford v Ferrari (2019)
Jojo Rabbit (2019)
Motherless Brooklyn (2019)

Stephen, I've put 3 of your suggestions to the list. What are the other 2?

RIght now? Definitely Jojo Rabbit (2019) (seen)

I'll toss in The Lighthouse (2019) (seen). This one I think deserves a Best Picture nod but I don't expect it to actually get one. Consider it a placeholder for at least now.

Change my Marriage Story from unseen to seen. AND I am glad I am pushing this on my wish list.

This one screams Oscar worthy and recognizable.

This was hard because I only saw one good movie this year.

Definition of good for me: a rating of 8 or higher.

My list: Joker (It deserves almost all the Oscars) (seen)
            The Irishman (unseen)
             Parasite (unseen)
