My Editor credit form Empire 6.10 keeps getting declined, even with proof!!!!! Screenshot is from playing the episode on Hulu.

Hello Ethan,
When did you last submit it?

What’s the submission reference?

The first few numbers with the date & time of the submission.

It can take the IMDb a while to check a submission, verify it and then add it to the database.

Hi Steve,

Thanks for the reply. I've submitted over 10 times. Each one has been officially declined. Last submission:

Ref #200114-202016-853000
2020-01-14 20:20:16

Keeps getting declined for some unknown, asinine reason. Anything you can do to help is appreciated.

Ethan, resubmitting the same info doesn’t really help. If it’s rejected for the first time, it’ll be most likely rejected for the 10th also.

The key (usually) is to ”go back” to the original submission and provide more info/links/sources. Screenshot(s) of the actual credit should take care of the problem, not sure did you included it originally? In any case, seems to be solved now.

I added the editor credit for you, it was approved right away and should be live on the site. Hope it solves your problem. :)

Hello again Ethan, At least 10 times? That’s a lot. Q How do you know they’ve been rejected? You usually don’t know a submission has been rejected until you check it some time later and see that it isn’t listed in the databases. You don’t normally get told that it’s been rejected, unless it’s the submission itself that is rejected. In which case it tells you what was wrong with it and it wouldn’t let you make the submission & so you wouldn’t get a submission reference number. Steve
