Problems updating credits on animated film "Revengeance"

I am the co-director of the animated film "Revengeance" - my office manager is having trouble adding two actors to the credits for the film.  These actors (Matthew Modine and his daughter, Ruby Modine) were initially uncredited but now we would like to add them to the IMDB credits list.  My office manager has tried several times but the additions keep getting rejected.

The latest contribution ID number is 190412-194231-041000.  Matthew Modine happens to be a producer on the film and a friend of mine.  He voiced a character with a few lines as a favor to me, and I would like to see him receive proper credit in return.

We don't know WHY the updated credits keep getting rejected.  What materials can we supply to prove that he voiced a character?  Would a statement from him, or the film's other producers, or me as the director, help make this possible?

I am an independent animation director, and my films are made outside the usual Hollywood system, and I have found it difficult to work with SAG - so there is not the same sort of physical proof when I employ actors, but I would love for my office manager (John Holderried) to be instructed on how to properly prove that these two actors voiced characters in my feature film.

He can be reached by e-mail at:  john@plymptoons.com  and would love to learn why our credits submissions are being rejected and how to fix this problem.

Thanks,

Bill Plympton

Other thing obviously could be IMDb’s policy that ”uncredited” voice actors are not necessarily accepted. But I would say that this has a fairly good chance.

”They must have received an on-screen credit (i.e. no uncredited performances).”

Yes, you're right, they got a "Special Thanks To" credit at the end of the film.  IMDB approved the third uncredited actor with no problems, but for some reason got stuck on adding these two.  Submitting a screen-shot of the "Special Thanks" credit is a great idea, and we can also submit screen-shots of checks since they were both paid for their voice contributions.  Thank you so much for the advice, and the links to the page where we can e-mail the IMDB editors directly and offer to submit evidence, this has been very helpful.
