Hello there, I have a problem adding a credit to a movie (A Simple Promise (2008) or IMDb page (Richie Rich (IV). I spoke personally with the actor and I also have seen the movie. I want to add the credit "Richie Rich (IV)" to the movie "A Simple Promise (2008)", he appears as a record producer in the studio around at 73:00 or after. He's credited as "Richie Rich" in the movie credits. I can't do it myself because it gives me warnings and I only can save it. Can anyone help,  please? Thank you.

When I tried this, I only got a Warning message, not an Error.

No matter which page you start from, once you have entered the correct name (Rich, Richie (IV)) or Title (A Simple Promise (2008)), the system produces the warning :
This credit has warnings, you must acknowledge each one before this credit will be accepted.
'Rich, Richie (IV)' does not have any existing credits in this section.
Are you sure this is the right person?
We have these exact matches in this section :-
followed by a list of names. This is displayed because this particular Richie Rich only has Casting and Producer credits, which raises the possibility that the acting was actually done by one of the other Richie Richs. If you are certain that this is the correct Richie Rich, you need to check the radio button beside the third last option :
This is the first credit in this section for 'Rich, Richie (IV)'.
When you Re-check these updates the item background should be green, and you can Submit these updates.

Note 1 : You only need to enter the credit on the Name page, or the Title page. I was not sure from your post whether you did both because you thought it was necessary, or just to see if you could bypass the error message that way.

Note 2 : Since you appear to have the on-screen credit roll, you might have a better chance of getting this submission approved if you start from the Title page and also Ordered the credits by entering the Order number for each cast member (including the one you are adding). See Submission Guide: Order for the details.
