Problem with Freedive: The Renovators

When I began to watch The Renovators (on Freedive), I loved it! But, I noticed that the second episode (labeled: Episode 2: The Hammer Challenge) was NOT that episode, but a further episode into the series. In fact, in the recap at the beginning of the episode,  showed that the winner of the first episode had been eliminated from the last episode! What!??!  Clearly, Freedive is missing episodes of this series (series 1). What a shame. Not sure how else to get this situation looked at. I hope they fix it soon because episode 1 was great!

Hey Steve,

Thanks for the reply. I told customer support about my problem (Brief summary:

I watched all of episode 2 and it seems that it is actually episode 10 airing in that spot. When I went ahead and watched what is labeled as episode 3, that seems to be what episode 11 is in the descriptions. So, on my end, it seems like the episodes are airing out of order or that the series skips from episode 1 (which is clearly the pilot) straight to episode 10!)

Anyway, they replied with the following:

"To be honest with you, we don't actually have a control on the flow of the show.

The developer and the publisher are the one who published them on our websit.

I will suggest for you to leave a  feedback diractly on the website so that it will goes directly to them and take a look about that issue."

So, not sure where to go from here... It's sad. I just want to see episode 2!!!
