The following list consists of the top ten summer movies with highest number of tickets sold.* Which of these films has aged the worst over time?

Thanks to Dan Murrell for his sound Charting with Dan research that was mined for this poll. (*Ticket totals sold in a movies first theatrical run - not including subsequent theatrical rereleases)

((Should I expand this list to include the top 20 ticket selling movies... I'll leave the screencapture of 11 through 20 here for reference))

Neat concept; asking which is the worst now and not the best... I say Phantom Menace!

This list could be a lot worse. I like the variety of the top 20.

I believe there is a mistake and the list: American Graffiti (1973) is mistakenly represented by American Gigolo (1980).

A few of these films, like 'Jaws,' are so good so it's interesting seeing them next to a few decidedly bad, and a few definitively mediocre, movies. Phantom Menace or Jurassic World would get my vote. Oh, and I love the title and intro.

I noticed one typo: ("movies" is missing an apostrophe; edit is below)

Hard pick which is worst out of stuperhero movies and star wars movies, but the idea of a Heli-carrier was the point of no return for me.

This poll seems to be a good example of voters voting based on the question and not just clicking their favorite.
