I must have missed the language section, I added it just because of the country maybe.
I'll update the list asap.
Also, one more thing regarding my all other foreign movie poll suggestions:
From next year onwards, The Academy will call "Foreign Movie" as "International Feature Film". So, I was thinking to change the title to "The Best International Feature Film". What do you think about this? Will IMDb accept this for publication or maybe home page etc? Can you please discuss this with other admins?

I like the idea of changing the title of this poll suggestion to:
The Best 1970s International Feature Film.
We currently do not know the IMDb editors will treat this. It may take some time to get feedback from them.

I also like "International Feature Film," although I think that it'd be a good idea to note somewhere in the intro that it's "not including movies in English from English speaking countries."
As admins, we'd certainly publish it but, like Dan said, don't know about the editor who chooses polls for the Home Page. My guess is that it wouldn't be a problem but that's just a guess.
