If it's about "whose life would make an interesting movie" rather than "who I like most"... then Keith Moon, or Bob Dylan (who was the subject of at least two movies already, AFAIK). Probably David Bowie too.
You couldn't pay me to watch a movie about Bono, a pseudo-intellectual who tried too hard to come off as the thinker, the ideologist of the rock scene, but failed miserably. I admit that the pre-1990 Bono was a musician, but after that, he lost it.
A biopic about Ozzy (and Black Sabbath) or Rob Halford (and Judas Priest) could also be interesting, since they come from working class families, and actually had stories to tell about their early days. No actor can imitate the great Halford's singing, though, they'd have to use his original recordings.
But if I had to pick only one from the list... Prince.
