Here is a selection of memorable movie quotes where the word "man" is used in the biological, darwinist, social, symbolical, idiomatic or gender-identifying sense.

Which one is the most likely to make you say "Man, I dig this quote!"?

ElM,

My vote:
"You're a better man than I am, Gunga Din."

Both the final line in a great Rudyard Kipling poem and the film.

Ah ok, just out of curiosity, I don't remember that part much, what was the actual context of the quote, what makes it memorable (I'll add it anyway, just asking :))

She says is at the Battle of the Pelennor Fields, right before killing the Witch King of Angmar.

He says: "You fool. No man can kill me".
Then she removes her helmet to reveal she is not a man, and she says those words.

Trust me, it's memorable if you love the film. :)

I'm glad I asked... because now I remember it.
What makes the quote memorable is the exchange, the quote doesn't work out of context, it needs the question that goes before.
