I was devastated when the news came. This is more shocking than when a beloved celebrity dies. This monument seemed near eternal, a companion of human civilization. But at least there is hope that the structure will last, it looked even worse yesterday.

As for the answer, either Disney's Hunchback or Before Sunset.

I am so glad the rose windows semm to have survived. A piece of history or art that is lost is extremely painful. I hope this wrks so that every monument in the world has better security measures and plans for emergencies.

I'm pretty sure Notre Dame does not appear in Les quatre cents coups. I think you need to stick to titles you can confirm.

In the list 12 Gorgeous Photos of the Cathedral in Film I noticed that it is not actually Notre Dame in the picture from Flight of the Red Balloon (2007). I don't know if the cathedral plays a role in the film.
