I dont agree with Thanos he didn't win. Furthermore he won't win because he is the dumbest vilain ever made.

If I was Thanos i did kill all the heroes, but he is too noob to do that.

cinephile wanted to suggest it as well. 

Ending could also be percieved as evil winning in a separate human being solidifying one's role as a villain.
