Poll Suggestion: Face-Off: Worst Shots EVER!

Which group of highly trained military soldiers are the worst shots in the history of cinema or television?

GI Joe and Cobra (both groups are equally terrible)
Stormtroopers

LIST: https://www.imdb.com/list/ls095340295/
POLL:

I have been pondering this one off and on for a while (recently as of last month). And fun coincidence to be reminded of it again when I finally got around to watching the ... oddly (as usual) perfect "Community" G.I. Jeff (TV Episode 2014). Will finish the list when I find two good images to represent the two options ((uploaded one from the GI Joe Movie (1987 Video) - although it's not one I'm too excited about)).

I completely forgotten about this suggestion. I can't remember if I had to upload images to their respective IMDb pages. A little investigation is needed on my part

Not sure if these were the images I uploaded? But hey! They work. Does anyone know if we have a third group who are infamously bad shots? Not necessary for the poll to go live ... but if I'm missing anything (comedically speaking)....

Hahahaha, I just noticed this:  "frustrated as heck ... as I can't think of any pithy sentiment to write in this block of text." How funny.

Anyway... Look! You've got suggestions above! : )

The dumb necromantic army of 'Army of Darkness':
(I guess some of them shot? Or was it only Ash?)

Breumaster, regarding Army of Darkness (1992): there are several people with bows (and I faintly remember crossbows as well, but that might be disremembering), plus there are ballistas. As for titular army of antagonists: there were some projectiles, seemingly, as several knights ended up with several arrows in them, Arthur included. So they're not that awful of a shot, actually.

Ok, now that you say, I regain snippits of memory about it. I just had the faded idea of exact what you mentioned in mind. Fragments. ;) Now I remember that the army was mostly of footsoldiers that had swords or fought with bare knuckles. ;) It's really hard luck to find a 'worst-shot-group' in movies. ;D

The 'Men in Tights'. In one scene, Robin and his fellows tried to train some archers, but they arched like dumbnuts in training. Why didn't I rememeber these dumbnuts? :D
Even blinkin, the blind butler has a bow in his hands (left side):

I whish there would be a better image on the database.

Keeping this suggestion simple. Adding the Cylons option as they were pretty notorious as the others on the list.

Going for unintentionally funny.

Thanks for the reminder. I also scanned the thread and under Breumaster's first post (I glossed over or missed initially) I figured how to properly limit this one as I intended the poll suggestion to be but couldn't put it into words.

I voted for GI Joe. Literally no one has ever been hit by a laser or a bullet in the entire series. Yes. Planes and vehicles get hit but there are zero casualties (that I've been aware of).

On a side not:
I've noticed something odd about the poll showed up on the IMDb Poll page. A weird graphical glitch places a question mark at the beginning of the descriptive text.

It's not my typo as you can check the list as well as the actual published poll.

Just a curiosity and not a concern/complaint.

Tsar,

The IMDb Polls page (https://www.imdb.com/poll/) frequently does not handle non-printable ASCII characters properly. Most likely, there is null or other non-printable/non-displayable character before "Which". If you do not mind, I would like to report this as a problem with the poll software.

If there is that kind of character, it wasn't intentional. I don't try to be ... cutesy with trying to put emoticons and such in my titles.

Doesn't look like there's anything there.

Tsar,

Thanks for checking and posting the mark-up text for the description. Truly, odd. I do not see anything that would cause the "?" to be displayed before "Which".

I am used to being haunted. We have a family cat.
