As you can see, I'm undecided about the title and I want something catchy.
This is what on the list page at http://www.imdb.com/list/ls027202651/
"This is a list of films (usually westerns and Bond films) were a card game scene is sometimes an important part of the story. Which is the best scene or best film ... it is your dealer's choice, pardner.
Get your seat at the table and have a chat over a friendly game of cards here. Ante up!"

Any more suggestions as your ante up?

When I thought of this, I had just finished watching again "5 Card Stud" which opens with the game being played and the rest of the story deals with the members of that game being murdered one by one. So therefore that film stays on this list despite it's low rating.
The 1967 Bond parody spoof "Casino Royals" stay despite of it's low ratings because that film deals with Bond playing Baccarat, Bond's game of choice, than any other serious Bond movie. It is center stage in that film.

Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels - three card brag
Born Yesterday - gin rummy
Stuey - gin rummy
The Gambler (1974) - blackjack
Owning Mahowny - blackjack
Ocean's Eleven (2001) - blackjack and five card draw poker
Grand Slam (1933) - bridge
Bob le Flambeur/The Good Thief - poker
Swingers - blackjack
Beerfest - asshole/president/scum
American Pie - asshole/president/scum
Animal Crackers - bridge
The Hangover - blackjack
Catch Me If You Can - go fish

House of Games - poker

"Shuffle Up and Deal" could be a good title as well.

Thanks. I forgot about "The Cincinnati Kid".
But by mentioning the Old Maid game in "Catch Me If You Can", it reminded me of the Old Maid game in "The Santa Cause 2". The scene is short - Scott and Lucy are playing it when Curtis arrives from the North Pole to fetch Scott - but the game is referenced later in the film when Lucy sees Scott as Santa:
Lucy: "Scott, is that you?"
Scott/Santa: "You got any twos?"
Lucy: "Go fish! I knew it was you!"

You named allot of films I don't know. Don't worry, more from you list will be still added. Is just that "Funny Girl" and "The Santa Clause 2" might be bumped off because the scenes are so short. In "Funny Girl", the scene is memorable because Sharif's character, Nicky, is a gambler who doesn't know who to play bridge when, in real life, Sharif was a world renowned expert on the game and had written books on it.

"Where a card game" not "were a card game".

I liked how the card games were central in Ocean's Eleven. It's been a while, but wasn't The Sting more about getting someone to bet the farm on a horse race?

I think "The Sting" is still a valid option because the card games was the first step to the whole operation, so it was pivotal to the plot and it was one of the most memorable parts of the film. That said, I'm not sure about some other options, "One Flew" is in my personal Top 10 but the card games are just part of the atmosphere, and I can't even remember a card game in "Catch Me If You Can".

A lot of movies have card games in it, but for once that a poll is dedicated to them, I think it should give the top priority to movies where it's really about cards like "Cincinatti Kid" or "Maverick".

Pants, ElMaruecan is right about "The Sting". The poker game is where the conmen begin to "hook" Lonnegan into the big con by first introducing Gandalf to Lonnegan and deliberately annoy Lonnegan and play on his pride and making Lonnegan want to get even with Gandalf.
ElMaruecan, the goldfish is played whenever the father and son meet and it is mentioned by the father in one of the scariest scenes in the film.

Ah okay. Yeah, it's been a while since I've seen The Sting, so I wasn't sure. But now I know, so that's good. I didn't want to commit to saying it wasn't, and I can see it is about card games. I'll just have to watch it again.
