The list page: https://www.imdb.com/list/ls044449127/
In the movies and in fiction, the title or word “Queen” has been used in a variety of ways as parts of songs, fictional titles and some things not human. We may even used the names of real historical Queens as long as they are long dead. (Let’s leave the name of Queen Elizabeth the 2nd out of this - she might get offended at being included in this group.) Which TYPE of queen is your favorite?
If you have a name of a movie queen to suggest, you can have her shout “Off with her head” here. Yeah, that is a reference to a classic line from one of these characters. Just remember to have fun with this and DO NOT TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY.

Both are added. I do know of few low budget horror films about bees. But the scariest one is not a horror film but a potboiler drama staring Hollywood’s Mommey Dearest Queen Bee Joan Crawford called “Queen Bee” (1955) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0048527/...

All are added. This took the longest time to do because I checked all the entries. One was wrong. It is Queenie Yo, not Yoh,from “Last Hope”, not Lost Hope. I’m glad you had included Queenie from “Showboat” because that was a groundbreaking musical and she and her husband Joe and Julie are groundbreaking roles in the sense that no other broadway show had given African Americans such large roles in a broadway show and gave them two of the show’s songs to sing, “Can’t Help Lovin’ Dat Man” and “Old Man River” (The show’s showbuster song).

One entry will be because of “King of Queens” and the film “Return to the Planet Of The apes” had James Fransiosa (wrong spelling but he is the brother of Tony) finding out that he was back home when he finds the tiled subway floor of spelling out “Queensborough”.

Good one.
A few typos:

#13: There are so many famous male stars in this category, (including some who you would think wouldn’t, but did) that this can be a poll of its own.
#23: like the Borg Queen.
#33: singer, hip-hop, actress and tv talk show hostess.

'Good idea and list. There are a lot of good choices so it'll be tough but I'll probably vote for the the bus in 'Priscilla, Queen of the Dessert.'

May I suggest a few edits to the beginning of the intro? ('Cool intro, btw; edits are below in bold.)

In the movies, in fictional literature, and in real life, the title or word “Queen” has been used in a variety of ways as names of people outside of royalty, places, bands, and some things not human. We may even use the names of real historical Queens as long as they are long dead.

(You use a lot of real life examples like beauty queens, the borough of Queens in NYC, drag queens, and the band so that's why I'd include "real life." I changed "fiction" only because I was assuming you meant in literature because movies are often fictional. If that's not what you meant, though, something like "In the movies and in real life" would be great. The second part of that sentence just seemed to be a little confusing so that's why I suggested edits there but I certainly don't mean to rewrite that sentence: these are just suggestions but other edits could work just as well.
The only grammatical or typographical edit is changing used to use.)

: )

The edits are done. Hey Jessica and ruby, just joking. But no one fell for the obvious bait and order my head to be chopped off for being so impudent as to do a list of Queens. Whew that was lucky since the Queen of hearts is on this list.
