Not getting push notifications

I am not getting any push notifications from the app on anything anymore. All settings are the same and are turned on still.

Can you reply with what version of the app you are using, and what type of device (iPhone or iPad)?

It's the 7.15.1 app and I have an iPad Air 2 with OS 10.3.3. Thanks!

Thanks, what region are you in?  That might help us narrow this down. Also, if you can remember, approximately when was the last time you received one?  A week ago, a month ago, or multiple months?

I live in Colorado, USA and it's been a few months now. Didn't really think about it until I was wondering why I wasn't getting any trailers plus been busy. Thanks again!

Thanks for the info!

We upgraded our notifications system completely in early July. Can you please do me a favor and navigate to the Notifications page in the app and make sure you have the right options turned on? To find the page, open the menu (top left) and then tap the gear icon to find Settings, then scroll down to Notifications.  If you're signed in, you'll also find a quick link to notifications in the main menu. 

Feel free to toggle the options on/off to make sure you are subscribed to the topics you're interested in.  Let me know if everything goes ok.

We send out up to 2 trailers a day (depending on availability), usually in the morning.
So once we make sure your iPad is subscribed, you should see them as early as tomorrow.

Yes I've checked and have them toggled on but like I said haven't been getting any.

Thanks! Can you try turning one off and on again, and see if you get an alert or error of any kind?
