No longer receiving notifications

Since updating to the latest version of the IMDb app, I have stopped receiving notifications on my iPad though i’m still receiving them on my phone. This happened a year ago (stopped getting them for no reason even though everything was turned on) and about 5 months ago, I started receiving notifications from IMDb again until recently. Is this just a glitch with the app itself?

Hi Kristen,

Please delete the app and download again to see if this helps, making sure you are logged in after downloading again. If you are still having trouble, please write back with the following:

- your iPad OS version
- your device model
- your IMDb app version

I tried that yesterday. I'm still not receiving notifications (even though they are showing up on my iPhone). I'm using an iPad Pro 13.3.1 and the latest version of the IMDb app, 10.1

The same thing happened to me in December 2018. I stopped receiving notifications on both devices and didn't start receiving them again until 6 months ago.

Hi! Any progress on resolving my issue of not receiving notifications or do I have to wait another 6 months (like last time) for them to miraculously start showing up again?

Hi Kristen,

I'd recommend checking the notifications settings for your iPad. Please send us a screenshot of your device notification settings and app settings if you are still having trouble.
