No lists in an app

Hi, nice app, but I cannot see my lists, both in a mobile browser and an app. Can you please fix it ASAP or tell me how may I find my lists?

So when you tap the User Icon, and then tap Lists, you're not seeing any of your lists? Are you sure you're signed in with the same account?

Thank you! That eliminates some of the potential problems. One final request - can you attach screenshots of the following:

1) Your User Homepage
2) Your Lists page (from your App)

And please try logging out of the App, confirm the login you use on the web, and then log back in to your App with the same email you see on the web.

At a glance, it would seem that there's a login issue - either you're logged in with two different accounts, or there's a syncing issue.

Thanks so much for providing the screenshots. Based on what I can see, it looks like you're logged in with a different account on Android than on your desktop. I would take a look at your desktop browser (go to this link https://www.imdb.com/preferences/thirdpartylinks) and check the email address you're logged in with.

Try logging in with the email you see there on Android via the same method you logged in on desktop (Amazon, Facebook, Google or IMDb). If that still doesn't work, let me know!

I have a similar problem. I got anew phone and have tried signing in on all the different options for signing in and they are All showing up with no lists.
