no list transfer

Hi guys, I created a list of my all time favorite movies with my computer in my imdb account. Then I logged into my account with my phone but unfortunately the list didnt come up here. I can only see it when I log into my account with my computer. Does anybody why this is? Thanks for your help! regards Sandro

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with lists.

Are you accessing IMDb on your mobile via the mobile site (m.imdb.com) or an App?
On the mobile site, you can only see your Watchlist.

On the apps, you have access to all your lists.

If you are using an app, to further investigate this for you, please provide the following details:

1. Are you using the iOS or Android app? 
2. Please provide the iOS or Android version
3. Please provide our IMDb app version

Can you also please provide a screenshot of what you see in your Android app, where you expect to find your lists?

On my computer I can see two lists, but here I can see none of them

Hi Sandro,

Our team has figured out the issue:
The lists in question are in the "In Progress" state. The mobile app only returns lists that have an "OK" state. You should be able to go to the lists on desktop and click the "DONE" button. 

Once you do that, the lists should show on your mobile app too, shortly.

Please check this and confirm this solves your issue?
