This should be fixed now.  We have a minimum requirement for the number of words (60) in articles which has now been waived for your feed.

Thanks for the troubleshooting. Additional question. Do the IMDB bots go back in recent history (e.g. 2017 items) to synch all articles published from our media outlet?

Hi Eric,

We've recovered all the News items we could from 2017 which are now live on the site.

Hello Will. I took a quick look on a random date. It worked! Thank you! Last question, does this have to manually be done or is there a bot that takes care of this --- my fear is that this broken RSS might have been going on for all of 2016.

Hi Michelle. Sorry for the nitpicking.

In "related News" bottom right of this page (see screen cap as well).

E.g: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0900284/
Tried on all 3 browsers.

Great here is another one. It's a link related question:

Citing this as an example: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3628574/ and our news piece ID: news_item=ni61732674 (see screen cap below)

How can I make sure that an article we publish LINKS to the IMDB page for the filmmaker/ film title? How do the IMDB bots connect key words from the article to those two pages?

Hi Eric -

Just following up here, confirming the update of your company name under the Related News section, this has now been fix (see here).

Concerning your second question about linking names/titles within a news article, this matching is done automatically when our system matches the names/titles in the extracted article provided within your news feed.  So looking at the article you referenced here, what you are seeing is the extracted article content, since there are no names or titles within this content, our system did not identify any names/titles to match.

If there are names/titles within extracted article content on the site that have not been linked, you can report it to our staff by clicking on the "Report This" link just below the article, which will allow you to fill out the form requesting the links, which will then be forwarded to our editorial staff for review:

I hope this helps clarify, just let us know if you have any further questions!

Hello Michelle. We're still having problems getting properly indexed. Example - name of person is in our headline, title of film review as well and nothing on the official film or person page. Could someone have a look at the bots and our RSS feed and lemme know is there is an issue. Thanks
