you guys should do a list of all movies, i mean each and every one, and list them according to IMDB rating, even say from 10 to an 8 or do them individually like 10 - 90 then 89- 80 etc. there are always good movies to watch, and im always on the look out for them. i normally use the top 250, but its running thin. plus this idea wont be hard to implement.

It's already available. The main feature of the site is that it is searchable. If you go to the search field, changa "all" to "advanced search" then choose "advanced title search." Then you can make that list the way you want. For instance, I might want mine to include TV movies, you might not. I might want on English language, you might want to include languages foreign to you. I might want to include movies I've seen (because some have been a long time and I might want to see them again. You might seek new ones and don't want titles you've seen (and have rated on IMDb. If they decided for us what to include, it would be constantly debated.

As BMSF says. From what you are saying, I assume you'll want something like this:
www.imdb.com/search/title?num_votes=5...

Which is feature films sorted by user vote, with a minimum of 500 votes to filter out vote stuffing.

You can tinker with the settings here:
www.imdb.com/search/title

As a kid of 90s, I usually saw the movies of Jackie Chan, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, Jet Li, etc., English movies provide different perspective, global view etc., Mission Impossible, Speed, Cliffhanger, Rambo series, James Bond movies (Sean Connery & Pierce Brosnan)...
