Spelling and grammar errors appear on the page. The fault lays on me since this was my first time using Withoutabox, but I can't seem to find any way to update or who to contact.

Hi Jordan Foster,

There are multiple Jordan Fosters on IMDb. Which one are you?

The page they made for me is this one:

but the page that I need updated is the one for the film:

I would like to have the logline updated "The story of two brothers who grew up in a broken home. Their mother was killed in a car accident when they were young and their father is an abusive alcoholic. The oldest brother is the father figure to his younger brother which makes for some hard times. Logan, the oldest finds a love interest who shows him that life doesn't have to be so hard" as well as the actress "Alysaa" changed to "Alyssa"

Sorry, I am new to the process...

This will require two separate submissions.

What you call the logline, is the Plot Outline in IMDb.

You can easily correct this yourself by going to the Title page you linked and clicking on the yellow Edit Page button near the bottom of the page.

Choose Correct/Delete from the menu beside Plot Outline (in the Plot & Quotes section). Click the Continue button (at the bottom of the page).

Change the Action code to Correct from Keep:
Click Check these updates

Now you can enter the corrected sentences.
(You may wish to check the box beside provide an explanation to assist in processing this change)
Once you have the words correct,
click (Re-)Check these updates

(You have to Check each time for the system to verify what you have done.)

If you checked the Explanation box, you can enter the reason you want to do the update, i.e. that the grammar of the original is incorrect.
If the background of the item has not turned green, make the correction(s) indicated by the message(s)

Unce the background is green, you can
Submit these changes

A note here: the Plot Outline is intended to be a very short description of the plot (less than 240 characters).

You might wish to keep this one shorter add a longer version (a couple of paragraphs) as a Plot Summary.

The information on these two sections are described in Submission Guide: Plot Outlines and Submission Guide: Plot Summaries respectively.

To correct the Actress's name :

Start from the Alysaa Adamovich Name page  - NOT your film's Title page.

Click the yellow Edit Page button near the bottom of the page.

Select Add correction beside  Name Correction or Merge - (the very first section)
Click Continue

Enter the correct name in the untitled text box. The name needs to be in the internal Lastname, Firstname format i.e. Adamovich, Alyssa

If she was actually credited on screen as Alyssa and there was a typo in entering it on the database, un-check the box beside Preserve previous name on existing credits. i.e. '(as Alysaa Adamovich)'   If the typo was in the original on-screen credit, then leave the box checked.

Enter the explanation - that there was a typo, and that you are correcting it

Click Check these updates

The form should now be beige and you will have 1 or 2 warnings.

The first warning starts :
We have these people with similar names :-
followed by a list of names - including the one you are changing. You don't want to merge with any of these people, so you need to check the radio button beside :  This is a different person not currently listed - create 'Adamovich, Alyssa'  (the very last item). This will actually just change the name on the current page, in spite of what it says. Do not check the Adamovich, Alysaa button!

If you removed the check for the preserve previous credits option, you will see a second warning :
By unticking the box to preserve existing credits, you are implying they are incorrect.

If you have changed your name through marriage, with SAG, or for any
other personal or artistic reason and you plan to receive all future
credits under your new name, please leave the box ticked

If the original credit(s) do not match those on the end credits
(they were added to IMDb incorrectly) or they were badly transliterated,
please acknowledge the warning below and continue

Since you only did this because the name here does not match the on-screen credits, just check the box beside Warning understood, go ahead anyway.

    Click Recheck these updates.

The form should have turned green, so double-check the new name is correct, and then Submit these updates.

    Good luck.
