I need help adding a TV credit to the show Orange Is The New Black for the actor Ryan Castro (I)
This credit was submitted back in February however it still has not been approved. Here is the reference number.  140206-171545-810000

Since the credit is in the shows 2nd season which doesn't premiere till June. Shall I resubmit with other official documentation i.e. Call Sheet?

Ryan Castro (I) was credited with the film 'Never Too Late' (2011) in which he was never in. I previously posted a thread on this site asking for advice to correct this problem. I was told to resubmit the request for deletion using the screen capture from the credits. After waiting for a long period of time, the director sent me that screen shot. However when I submitted this information back in November, still nothing happened. The reference number for that is 131111-222001-708000

Can ANYONE help me out? How should I correct these two issues? It would be very much appreciated!

Thank You!

1.  If you haven't provided any proof, you could try call sheets or other documentation.  However it may not be enough since it does nothing to prove on screen credit which is what IMDb is looking for.  You can upload proof here in this thread or on the verification form .  Otherwise, if it wasn't included in what production submitted, you might have to wait for release and provide screen capture of your name in the on screen credits, as most people have to do.  That is what IMDb documents primarily.

2.  What is the screen shot that the producer gave you? Did you post it here or send on the verification form?  Does it show all of the on screen credits and it can be assumed from that that no one named "Ryan Castro" was ever credited?  Or, does it show another name doing the work that has a different or similar name?

It's getting confusing with all the separate threads.  When you ask a follow up question or repeat it, and start a new thread, all the previous discussion gets lost.  It might be better to do all this in one thread.

If this hasn't been mentioned already, if you submitted a request to delete the credit, it's very hard to get it accepted.  It's usually thought that, if not you, someone must have done the work.  So, it's better to submit a request to correct.  There is no other Ryan Castro that is likely the person from that film, if the name did, in fact, appear in the credits.  So, the best thing to do would be to correct it to "Castro, Ryan (III)" and have a new page created in that name. You could submit that, then post the submission ID here so staff can check it out for you.
