Need help finding a movie.

I remember a scene from an early 2000s animated film I think where the main characters are in like a desert area flying in a helicopter. Then something goes wrong and one of the characters is hanging from a rope as the helicopter crashes or maybe it regains flight I’m not sure. I know it’s vague but maybe someone knows what I’m thinking of.
