Hello - I am having trouble with a title correction/merge of two duplicate pages (this is the same film). When I make an attempt to submit the request, it is telling me the destination page does not exist, but it DOES!

This title page:

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11102026/

Needs to be CORRECTED to this CORRECT title page:

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt10995710/

Thank you for your assistance!

When typing the new title, you need to include the roman numeral alongside the year, so Pacing the Cage (2020/I) or Pacing the Cage (2020/II). The roman numerals don't show up on the main display page, but you can see them on the update form and they're required by the submission system.

Ok, thanks again - I did that and am awaiting the merge, however this problem has only gotten worse. I am representing this filmmaker and both of us have tried repeatedly for OVER A MONTH to correct a difficult and confusing situation with his film, but instead of our requests for title page corrections and merges being honored, this has resulted in IMDb publishing multiple duplicate pages (THREE NOW) with the same titles and getting the years of release mixed up. We would like this corrected once and for all.  This film deserves the accuracy the filmmaker is requesting. The result should be just ONE TITLE PAGE WITH 2020 RELEASE DATE.

First:

Please MERGE THE FOLLOWING DUPLICATE PAGES:

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11146460/

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1496831/

INTO THIS TITLE PAGE WITH RELEASE DATE (2020)

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt10995710/

YES - we are aware that the 2020 doesn't match the 2014, but READ EXPLANATION BELOW:

"Pacing he Cage" was screened twice in 2014. The writer/director/producer then did EXTENSIVE edits on it, and he is re-releasing it in 2020. We have tried numerous times to merge the two titles. The 2020 title is now listed, however there are two 2014 titles listed, and one has a photo which he never even submitted. It's a horrible photo from the Manhattan Film Festival. He is the writer, director, producer- this is not official, he did not submit it. If anything, he needs to merge these two titles to the 2020 version, and start adding there. He is understandably getting tired of correcting credits and submitting things, only for someone on your end to reject it, deny it, or completely get it wrong. It shouldn't be this much trouble. Please review the pages and his filmography and make the necessary changes.

Thank you!

Lisray: The correct way to resolve this would be to merge the 2020 entry into the more correct 2014 entry (and then to merge the other 2014 entry into the more correct 2014 entry).

As indicated at http://web.archive.org/web/20140625064959/http://manhattanff.com/tickets/, Pacing the Cage did indeed screen at the Manhattan Film Festival on June 25, 2014. It also appears to have played at the Garden State Film Festival in 2014 (see https://www.pressofatlanticcity.com/life/film-festival-s-local-attractions/article_40f61633-7145-5a4...). Therefore, the film should be listed as a 2014 release on IMDb.

If you need advice on how to do the merge, please let us know which 2014 entry is more accurate and should be the primary entry to which the others are merged.

I hope this helps.
