For starters, regardless of what happens to your name, new credits should also go onto your existing page.  So, if they're putting them on your page and the name is now wrong, you need to change your name on the page.

You can change the name on your IMDb Name Page following these instructions:

Go to your IMDb Name Page.  Click the "edit page" button.  The first category (Name Updates) and first topic is "Name Correction or Merge." To the right, change "no change" to "Add Correction,"  then scroll down to the bottom and click the "Continue" button.

On the next page, there will be a field to enter your name as you now want it displayed.  Enter your name, last name first. If you were formerly credited, on screen, "Sarah Mihalec," leave the box checked to preserve those existing credits as they appeared.  They'll then display as "(as Sarah Mihalec)."  In the explanation field, explain it's you and you've married and intend to use your new name professionally. Click the "Check These Updates" button.

On the next page, though the wording is poor, you'll need to choose from the list of same/similar names, the option that says, "This is a different person not currently listed - create 'Maloney, Sarah Mihalec'." I realize you're not a "different person" but in your case it means "new name" but is not worded well.  It is, though, what you need to choose, then click "Re-check these Updates."

The area of  the page with changes will turn green and the button at the bottom should allow you to "Submit These Updates."

After it's all updated, you might need to check and possibly correct any titles where you were credited differently from the way indicated. Just correct the cast on those titles to add or remove the "attribute" information.
