My series has the Wrong Release Date

Hi all,

My series Red Scare (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2064527/?ref_=fn_al_tt_2) is listed at "Red Scare (2011)" even though it came out this year.

We originally created the imdb page for it in 2011, when we were in pre-production, but we only recently released it. We added episodes with the proper release dates, and on the page it lists the date of the first episode as the release date for the series, but it still says 2011 next to the title. I can't find any reference to 2011 in any of the sections I can edit so I'm not really sure what to do about it.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Staff should be able to sort this out for you. If they've not dropped in after a week or so, I believe you can also use the helpdesk:

http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/contact_form?subject=GS%20fallback

Also can you delete the other thread you starter on this so people don't waste their time answering that?

Whoops! Had some trouble posting -- didn't realize it went through twice.

Thanks for the info!

No worries, it happens.

If there has been no updates, bump the thread on Monday (staff aren't around much on the weekends) and if nothing still happens contact the help desk - it should fix itself automatically, but often doesn't and needs a bit of a kick. It also demonstrates why you shouldn't fill in the year when you first submit it (if it hasn't been released).

That's an annoying glitch with this new version of this board, since they "improved" it.  When you post, your post sometimes immediately disappears.  If you try to refresh to get it posted or post again, two of them appear...quite annoying and not your fault!

Might be worth a mention on the GS site - we've had half a dozen such double posts in the last house. It is clearly an easy mistake to make.
