My cast isn't listed completely

My short film Penguin (2014) was recently listed on IMDb. This has obviously made me very happy, but I am a little concerned that the only real information missing from the page is the films biggest star, British actor Arthur Darvill. He's listed on the Withoutabox project and I've tried updating the page but all to no avail it seems. Any idea why this might be happening?

Can you post the submission ID number from the attempt to update the page?  Staff could then check the status of the submission.

Any documentation you might have (the best is a screen capture of the on screen credit) would generally help.  You can upload images of documentation or the screen cap of the credits right into this thread using the little camera icon.

As I stated in my reply to your post on the Contributors Help Board:

It can take longer to verify some people than others. With a STARmeter in the mid 4-digits, Mr Darvill is at a different level than the rest of your cast. For that reason, they will likely take longer to verify the credit.

Also, note that according to the Data Processing Times page processing of Cast (Non-TV) is backlogged 16 days, with the oldest unprocessed submission being from 26 March 2014.

If your request was from before that time, you should probably submit some evidence that he is in your film.
