Greg David' just for your credit on
the crew list of
Initiation.
Do you have another IMDb page with your work on it (if so please link), or is this your first credit to appear on IMDb?
It is an easy change, but since this film was not yet released (according to IMDb) then it is fairly obvious that someone from the production entered this data....in which case they were doing it off an official piece of paper or off the screen.....so they may have made a mistake, but the mistake may also have been on the screen.
It can be corrected either way, but need a bit more information to do so.
