More Credits with Screen Credit Evidence Submitted Yet Declined

I spent hours capturing screen grabs of our film credits and updating the page for our film regarding these incomplete credits, including links to the screen grabs. Naturally, they were declined and I have to spend more time here getting attention for these errors.
Will someone please FIX these? We are always told to submit screen grabs for verification but even when we do, they are declined and we shouldn't have to waste more time coming to plea our case here. It's time consuming for us, time consuming for YOU.

What can't be "verified" when credit screen grabs are submitted?

Your reasons state for me to "re-load the submission reference and tick the box to provide an explanation."

I did that during the first round of the original submission as you can see below in the "My comment". That's the "provide an explanation field" which it seems is clearly being ignored.

Here. Look at the credits on Vimeo at this link if the screen grabs aren't enough:

Just an observation. While you have now provided the vimeo link in this topic, you failed to provide it in the submissions, hence the "Unable To Verify". How could they verify? No link.
Also when providing the required link for verification, a run time location is desirable as an additional reference to ease the search within the video for the staff.
Cheers!

Just an observation: I included all the screen grabs with my submissions, you can see all the links where it says "YOUR COMMENT". In EVERY credit submitted as demonstrated below with the explanation:

Your Comment

“This crew list was NEVER complete. Refer to these screen grabs for credit confirmation. http://www.nitestar.com/Screen%20Shot%202019-08-12%20at%202.47.13%20PM.png

I only now just uploaded the video credits to VIMEO to support what should have been processed with the screengrabs the first time.

This should not be so complicated, this should not be so time consuming.
Editors had everything they needed in the first round.

Without a point of reference, the screengrab could be from anything.
That's what I'm pointing out.

All of those names as well as mine for the film "Solstice" where other credits already listed on IMDB can be easily cross-referenced from the same screen grabs?

Are you suggesting that the IMDB editors here cannot easily connect those dots? They approved my executive producer credit from the same set of screen grabs. Nothing is ever consistent here.

I always provide a reference URL when I submit things. I know they want it.
My experience.
No more. No less.

Hey IMDB. Sent links. Sent video. Submitted evidence 3 times.

All documented above.

Seriously.

WTF is wrong with your editors?

Did you supply the URL within the submission as a reference for verification?
I see screengrab references, but no referencing to the screengrab source.

Yes. Are you reading my notes to them above?

What part of "This crew list was NEVER complete. Refer to these screen grabs for ALL Camera Department credit confirmation. http://www.nitestar.com/Screen%20Shot%202019-08-12%20at%202.46.57%20PM.png" doesn't register, what else would I be sending screen grabs of if not the film credits? What do these look like to you? Am I to believe that editors don't know what these are? Is this just a big game for everyone, this hasn't happened in the past when submitting credit verification the same way.

As I referenced in a reply above, editors need a referencing source for the screengrabs. Not just the screengrab alone. You have ignored my advice and wonder why IMDb won't approve. They are UNABLE TO VERIFY your screengrabs because you will not provide a source from where those screengrabs come from within the submission. Must you be stubborn? This post is marked acknowledged. Please wait for staff to review what you have submitted here. You have the reference needed in this post. Stop making further submissions as the may now be denied as duplicates of presented submissions on file.
Please wait for a staff reply.

Thank you.

Ed.

What does "Refer to these screen grabs for ALL Camera Department credit confirmation" mean?

What do you think "CREDIT" means if not credits from the film?
You are playing in semantics and it's crazy. This whole situation is crazy. Everyone here knows we are submitting credits for the film being cited.
Yes, the was "acknowledged" and it has sit for 3 days without a response to all the evidence posted here or explanation what else they need when I made it clear in all the correction updates.
It blows me away the constant rebuttals from non-IMDB staff making excuses for ridiculous oversights and credit denials when we're all here relying on editors to do their jobs with all the supporting information we send. It shouldn't take 4 denials and bringing attention to it here when we send what they ask for the first time.

They don't know where that screengrab comes from. You won't tell them. They cannot verify. Simple.
Wait for a staff reply. You submitted this on a weekend. It IS MARKED as acknowledged, which means they have seen this and are looking at your original submission

I've also submitted a request for the movie page to link to the DVD and CD on Amazon time now in the past 3 weeks. That request hasn't been fulfilled either.

Maybe you guys should spend more time correcting things than sending me endless requests to renew my paid PRO account because this negligence doesn't inspire me whatsoever in your abilities to accurately reflect a feature's full credits when they are sent 3 and 4 times with everything to corroborate the updates for incomplete credits.

Hi Jerry -

Thanks for posting all the submission details here, I have now approved these missing credits and they should be listed on the site shortly.  Also, rest assured that I have reached out to our editors and alerted them of this situation, as these credit submissions with the evidence should have been approved.

Dear Michelle,

I appreciate your assistance and I apologize for my frustration, but it's been exhausting to constantly submit these updates with proper evidence to constantly have them denied and feel like I'm hitting a brick wall every time I reach out for help.
I have other updates to add that I haven't because it's a lot of work and after the denials, I wanted to concentrate on making sure the first sets of updates were approved. Can you please clarify what else, if anything, I should include, along with screen grabs of the credits from the film that your editors need to confirm complete credits so I don't have to ask for help here?
Thank you.
