There is a spoiler in the actors credit for the 2008 movie "House" with Michael Madsen. In listing who he plays in this movie, the entire movie is spoiled right there. Can someone remove the other role he plays (not "officer") I tried, but couldn't.

Robert Zombob Banning,
IMDb lists as the film's show in the credits - it is a database, albeit one mostly used for promotional purposes.

If Michael Madsen is only credited as 'officer' in the credits of House, then this change can be made.

Do you know how he is credited?

In general the IMDb Character name must match the on-screen credits. However there are exceptions.

The first paragraph of the Submission Guide: Characters states :
  • Wherever possible, we list character names as they appear in on-screen credits, i.e. the end titles cast listing. We make occasional exceptions when character names are not listed on-screen or when the character descriptions in the end titles include spoilers, but as a rule we try to stick to credits as closely as possible.
Note the exception : " when the character descriptions in the end titles include spoilers". So, if this actually is a major spoiler, you might be able to get that part of the Character Name removed. I have not seen this film, so I cannot offer an opinion on that. Moreover, since this is a 2008 release, it could be argued that this is old enough that the data is too widely known to be a spoiler now.

Also, is the fact that there is this character a spoiler in and of itself? The way the Character is displayed it simply says that this Actor played two roles. If the spoiler is that they are a single person, then this iis not a spoiler as currently shown.
