Shows a 9.9/10 rating.  However, statistical probabilities dictates that a normal distribution (aka bell curve) will result when working with any natural system.  That means that the vast majority of 10 votes are being made via bots or paid users (e.g. Mechanical Turk).  The bell curve is visible when excluding all the 10 votes.  Ranking systems for entertainment typically have a slightly minor deviation on the extremes (10 = Favorite, 1 and 2 = Hated it).

Instead of banning the associated users, a better solution, if possible, would be to allow them to continue to vote but not have their votes actually count for anything.  That way the bot operators are not aware that their bots/user accounts have been detected by the system and they just continue voting away pointlessly.  They'll eventually figure it out, but not for a very long time.

Thank you for sharing your concern. What IMDb says about voting, is covered in this FAQ at https://help.imdb.com/article/imdb/track-movies-tv/faq-for-imdb-ratings/G67Y87TFYYP6TWAV

Bots are addressed and squashed by an undisclosed algorithm that is employed in determining any titles ratings.
Besides a 6 year IMDb member rates this a 9.

Are they a Bot? No!
They have 443 titles rated and have just a handful of reviews

That's an impressive example. I'm surprised the low Top 1000 rating doesn't have more weight in the current algorithm. I'm not advocating that it should. I've just seen so many examples where it does.

Interesting that the film has no distribution company listed, and it's only release dates are 2 festivals.
