Lost ratings

My phone was stolen and unfortunately after reinstalling the app on a different device I lost my ratings along with it. I have an imdb account and want to know if there is a way of getting my ratings back? Currently, my profile says that I don't have any ratings.

You must have logged in with a different method than you used on the old phone.

It's very easy to create a new IMDb account without realizing it, especially with the "auto logins" of Amazon, Google and Facebook. Try to determine which login you used previously. I'm confident your old account is still out there with your prior ratings.
