Same here. I’ve been trying the IMDb sign in and it works on desktop but not the latest iPhone app. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. No joy.

Hi

I’ve got:
iPhone 6s
iOS 13.3.1
IMDb v10.0

Neither sign in with IMDb nor with Amazon work.

I can login on Safari on the phone. Also I can log into the Amazon app on the phone.

Thanks but I already have an account and don’t want to lose all the information in it. Otherwise there is no point in having an account.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Can’t sign in on my moms iPad which is new than mine and when the sign in pops up....

I think I figured out the sign in on my iPad. I can’t update the operating system anymore because it’s too old. My mom’s iPad is newer but it won’t let me sign in on it either. When the signin pops up it won’t let me enter my email or anything. I can sign in fine on my Android phone. I guess some update screwed everything up.
