My known for list has been changed, I joined imdb pro to update and I have no wish to do so again.

You lose management functions when you let your Pro lapse.
I too am a Pro Member as you can see from my name above.
I'm the 49th EJ, I have no credits, yet I maintain a page so as to control certain aspects until such time as it would not matter. If organizing your page matters, you might think about keeping your Pro active.
Cheers,
Ed

Hi Liz,
The default Known For titles displayed on each IMDb Name Page are selected through a complex weighting system.

Please keep in mind that the ability to update and choose your Known For requires an IMDbPro membership - more information on this can be found here:

Hello Taylor,

the complex weighting system is not working properly to the extent that I have won a golden palm as the editor of the short film "The distance between un and the sky" and I am known for a short film I did as a student 10 years ago, which maybe 10 people have seen.

I understand charging people to have them choose what they are known for, but since it works so badly, it's kind of annoying. By the way I did become a pro member to change my known fo selections, but then I didn't want to maintain my membership, so it changed back, which again is quite annoying.

A lot of professionals use IMDB for such a long time and it's very derogatory to allow such obvious mistakes and then charge us to change them.
