I've tried to update my credit history to bring it up to date. It's been almost 2 months and no updates have been made. Christopher Elam

In early September I submitted many credit updates. Now while job hunting I need these updates done. What's holding it up? For instance (one of many I submitted) was re-recording mixer for ALL episodes of NCIS Los Angeles for the first four seasons. The site still currently only shows 32 episodes.
It took hours to research and submit those updates. Please help.

Send in the evidence (ideally your name in a screenshot of the relevant credits) using this form:

http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/data_ver...

And/or you can attach the images here using the "Add Image" button in the bottom lefthand corner of the reply window:

https://getsatisfaction.com/imdb/topi...

Also paste the reference numbers in here when you do it, that way staff can cast an eye over them to see if there is a problem with the formatting.

Many of the credit updates are for numbers of episodes. NCIS LA for example would have the same screen shot of my credit for 96 episodes. So how then do I give you evidence?

Did you add all the credits in one submission?

It is tricky, because each screenshot will look pretty much the same (although may differ depending on who is on the screen at the time), and technically, I suppose you should send in one of each, as one screenshot only proves you were in one episode. Then again you could submit the same one dozens of times and staff aren't to know....

Just post the reference number and the screenshot you have in this thread and see what staff say.
