I've tried to contact the help desk privately as someone suggested and I keep getting an error that I need to read all my messages

It was suggested to me to contact the help desk privately and when I click the form I keep getting a page that says I have 1 unread message. I have cleared my cache and my history and everything I know to do and looked at other relative posts to no avail.

First sign in to your IMDb account and click "Your Account". Then look Other-section and click "View your help desk communications". Maybe from there?

Nope Eboy this doesn't get it done. I'm in a loop. I did look at my IMDB pro contributions page and it says my Title Andy Paris: Bubble Gum King (2017) has been suspended. Does that mean they are working in the background or is that an outright deletion?

I'm not fully sure but it sounds like the listing of the title is removed (at least for the time being). So did you contact the help desk privately about this matter? I mean it could be that data editors want to handle this privately from now on (and I can't really blame them if that's the case).

I am unable to contact them. My account has a bug. I'm in a loop I can't open a ticket! I keep getting a message that there is an unread message. Can't find a way out. Cleared my cache, cleared my history . This place is not helpful!!

I am positive data staff will not discuss publicly why a title has been deleted (suspended)

My point was that in more sensitive issues like this one people probably should contact the help desk. This forum is always public and that's not always a good thing.

After much trouble, I was able to enter a help desk ticket on the pro site

Please ensure you have no messages which are pending, you can see this via this link:

Any new messages should be fairly clear, as follows:



Once all messages have been read you will be able to submit new help desk queries, if you continue to experience any problems - please don't hesitate to let us know.

Thanks for your attention Joel. As stated before, I have checked my messages and cleared my browsing history as well as cache. I cannot see any new messages. There is a bug in my account. Please get this repaired. Thanks again.

Problem has not been resolved. Still have a message that i need to read an unread message when trying to contact the helpdesk. There is no unread message to be found- ANYWHERE.
