There is nothing worse than being in the middle of writing a review only to have your page refresh on your phone that gives you an error message. All of your ideas leave your head at that moment out of frustration and you don't know even how to start over. This is an issue that does not involve IMDb directly but more of an issue with the device. I have had that occur several times in the middle of writing a review and had what seemed to be my keyboard hacked. I had to submit my review before it was even complete in fear of losing it after writing 3 1/2 paragraphs.

Once the review was approved, I went back and completed it, but it was very frustrating. The only way it seems I am able to fix the issue is to restart my phone completely, but I do not want to do that with a review not submitted. I am hoping that nobody else has to go through this so I wanted to share what I did and hope other people have suggestions as well. I just don't understand why hackers find it amusing to play such immature pranks. Just my feeling that there is a special place in hell for the idiots who do stuff like this!

Hello Mark,

In your post, you mentioned that this was a device issue rather than an IMDb app-specific issue; is that correct? Have you experienced this issue with other apps on your device?

If so, is the intention of your post to see if anyone else has experienced this issue on similar devices?

Thanks in advance.
