Issue with Rude Commenter

A user called Rebecca Spark commented on my post Favorite Cartoon Dogs, asking for some characters to be added.  I am happy with my poll and with it being so old by now, I thought it would be pointless to add more.  So, I liked their comment and politely told them that, and was replied to with: "SHAME ON YOU!"  I wondered if this was in jest, so I looked at their comments on Favorite Cartoon Cats & Mice.  They had been rude there also.
Please have this user and their mean comments removed/blocked.  GS users (or any users) should not be commented to in such a way.  Thank you.

Hi, Awesome. The remedy you have requested is clearly inappropriate. You do realize that, right?

Oh, I don't know how you deal with this... I just know something like this happened to Ed a while back and the person was completely banned, I think.

I'm to the point that I rarely distinguish between "victim" and "perpetrator", because I've seen several statistically-helpful contributors exhibit poor behavior around here multiple times. I've been attacked. I've attacked. This should not be normal, and perhaps it is not, uh, perhaps. It's not a good idea to be especially sensitive. There are trolls accounts that pop up at least once a month. I'm resigned to the fact that the attacks will never cease. There are also tons of one-off accounts that provide shallow feedback. As more the quantity of forum participants grows, the quality of forum participants may not necessarily grow with it.
