Your ratings can be viewed in descending chronological order, and the date you rated it is displayed. On the non-mobile version of the site, just hover over your user name (in the upper right corner of most IMDb pages), and wait for the dropdown menu.

You can also sort by rating date using an Advanced Title Search, but the date is not displayed there.

I'm not aware of a way to request ONLY the last 3 months of ratings.

Hi Lou,

What @bderoes wrote is what can be done entirely within IMDb. However, you can export your ratings to a CSV (Comma Separated Variable) file which you can import into Excel, Open Office or Google docs. Then you can sort and filter your ratings within one of these spreadsheet applications.

1. Make certain that you are logged into your IMDb account.
2. From the drop down menu select Your Ratings. This will bring you to Your Ratings Page.

3. On Your Ratings Page, click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner.

This will bring up this menu:

4. Click on Export.. The file ratings.csv will be exported. Save and import this file into your preferred spreadsheet application. The spreadsheet has these columns:

Const
Your Rating
Date Rated
Title
URL
Title Type
IMDb Rating
Runtime (mins)
Year
Genres
Num Votes
Release Date
Directors

5. Sort by Date Rated and filter by other variables as desired. You should see something like the following:

Thanks bderoes & Dan, the above of course, depends upon you remembering to vote on IMDb for everything you have watched in the last three months.
