From the IMDb Help Center page:
What is your phone number?

We don't offer phone support, as our Customer Service is through our online support channels. If you can't find the answer to your question on our Help site, please visit the Contact Us page....
Click the appropriate buttons/drop-down menu items on the form and provide as much information as you can in the explanation box. You should receive an email response from an IMDb representative within 24 hours.

I hope this helps.

Ok. I'm having issues with submitting my title to IMDb. All of the other areas are green accept for the title section. Are there any items that i can send here to prove that the film was shot?

Strickly: If you can post screen captures of your data submission here, from the top of the page to the bottom, the contributors here should be able to figure out what information is missing.

In particular, if there is a Miscellaneous Link section on the form (which will apply to any title from the current century), please make sure that you have provided at least one good URL of an independent source to help establish that this title has been or will be released to the public.

Strickly: The main problem appears to be as I suggested above. In the second screen capture, under Mandatory Information, you haven't provided any Miscellaneous Links. Please submit at least one good URL of an independent source to help establish that this title will be released to the public.

In addition, I note that you haven't listed your actors in the Major Credits section as Cast (which would be right above the Writers). I see that they are listed in the Other Crew section, but that's not where actors are supposed to be listed.

Also, since you have a Production/Development Status section to include (see the last screen capture), you should select the appropriate status there from the drop-down menu.

I hope this helps. Good luck!

A few things to review.

Production companies section

Company: Strickland Media Group
Attribute: (United States)

Please revise the information to the following.

Company: Strickland Media Group [us]
Attribute:
(Leave the attribute section blank.)

You'll likely receive a yellow warning message indicating that the company is currently not listed in the database. Acknowledge the warning message by clicking the checkbox to the left of the following statement.

Add this as a new company.

-------

Production/Development Status section

Under the Status column, click the drop-down menu and change the item from Choose to the appropriate status.
IMDb Help Center Page: Production Status

I hope this helps.

THAnks for your prompt response. As for miscellaneous link, the only link I have is to the Instagram account. I don’t have a site for the film.

As for Production Status I thought I covered that on the first page. I selected completed but not shown anywhere. However, I will change at the end and see what happens.

As for the company name, I didn’t type anything in the attribute section. It automatically came up after I added my company....which is in the database. However, I will click “ add this...”.

I would submit what you have now if you are at the page that says you have XX items ready for submission.
Add the cast later.
It slows down the process of getting the title approved sometimes.

Strickly: See your fifth screenshot above, where it says "Major Credits (3 items required)". The first line under that is Cast.

I don't think it's the case that including your Cast could slow down the process of getting the title approved. In fact, I think it's more likely to help speed it up (because it shows that the film has more information available about it), although the process of getting new titles approved by IMDb has sped up considerably in recent years, so it's hard to tell the difference.

Regarding the Miscellaneous Links, if your film has been scheduled for showing at a film festival, you should be able to find a specific page on the festival's web site indicating that it will be shown (not the home page of the festival web site, but a specific link referring to your film).

Furthermore, if you have a scheduled screening date at a festival, you should change the film's status (in the first screenshot above) to the option for "Released and screened/available to the public (or firm date set in relatively near future". That will result in your being required to provide the Release Date (with the festival attribute), if you haven't done so already.

Strickly: Do you know what month the festival will take place? If the festival will begin and end in the same month, you can submit just the month and year as a release date.

Or if the festival starts in one month and continues into the next month, you can submit just the year as a release date.

In either case you would need to submit the festival name as an attribute to the release date.

As to finding proof in the form of a Miscellaneous Link, I don't have further guidance at this time.

@gromit82 Thanks for your response. I know when the festival is (September 4-8, 2019). I put it in the attribute section. (See my second screenshot). I put the 6th as the date just so I could fill it in. Still no luck. Should I just put the Festival and year?

Strickly:

As indicated in my previous posting, if your film is certain to screen at a festival that runs from Sept. 4 through 8, 2019, then you can list a release date at that festival of September 2019, with no specific day of the month indicated.

Since the festival is only 5 weeks away, I would expect them to put the information about the films they are showing on the website quite soon. If you can hold on until they put up their full schedule including your film, you should be able to use the link from the festival web site to get your film listed in the database. But until the festival web site is updated, I don't have any more advice on links.

As always, Thank you for your assistance @gromit82. I'll try to hold out. Lol. I'm just so excited, being that this is my first solo produced film under my new company Strickland Media Group.

Click the "Re-check these updates »" button, and then see if the next stage of the submission form shows the "Submit these updates" button. Click that button, or it it isn't there, then look for and address items with a red or yellow background in the form.

Then you have to include links to the film festivals on the submission form. Then it will be accepted.

No, it has to be the url of the film festival showing your film as being selected.

Yes that would be sufficient, the more links to festivals or trailers the better.  Provided you get an 'all green' form you should be good to go.

Actually, the 2019 schedule page can also be used.

http://newarkiff.com/newarkiff-2019-schedule

As noted in the film's Release Dates section and confirmed on the festival's schedule, Sordid is to be screened on Saturday, September 7th.
