Not sure why, but The Incredible Hulk is not listed in the connections section of any other Marvel Movies. It is obviously connected to the other movies via the plot, the cameo by Robert Downey, Jr., and the fact that it's footage is used in the Avengers. What gives?

Barry,
I am afraid I do not know anything about such specific things, however I can say in my experience that if a piece of information is not in IMDb, it is more likely to be absent because nobody has submitted it for inclusion as opposed to it being a deliberate decision.

If you are able to confirm that this information should be listed then you can edit the relevant pages to submit it to IMDb for inclusion.

In the connections section for incredible hulk you will find some of the other marvel films linked:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0800080/trivia?tab=mc&ref_=tt_trv_cnn

example:
Iron Man (2008)

Robert Downey, Jr. plays Tony Stark in both films.

Iron Man 2 (2010)

When Nick Fury and Tony Stark are discussing Tony's psychological
profile inside a warehouse, the news broadcast playing in the foreground
is a live news report that is covering the aftermath of the "University
Battle" in Virginia that occurs around mid-way through The Incredible
Hulk.

Iron Man 2 (2010)

A TV monitor near the end of the film shows the news footage of the university aftermath from The Incredible Hulk

Thor (2011)

Dr. Selvig mentions an "expert in gamma radiation" who was never
heard from again after being approached by SHIELD. This would be Bruce
Banner.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: Pilot (2013)
(TV Episode)

The Harlem duel with the Hulk was seen.

Beyond that; as Bob said if you are not seeing that means a user like yourself has not gone through and added the information. The database here is built by the community, especially the trivia and connections areas.

Someone connected to the films (at least the blockbusters) is pretty likely to go through and at least make a passing attempt at updating the credits sections, but everything else on the site is heavily dependent on people like yourself who know the films to put information into it.

Personally I'm only recently starting to learn more about the marvel cinematic universe I wouldn't know enough about it to update those areas.
